The purpose and intent of the Water Quality Board is to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the Town of Fayetteville and to protect and enhance the water quality of watercourses and water supplies located in or running throughout the Town. This board shall supervise and manage and may advise the Town Council of the need for funds to accomplish works that may or may not need to be done.
