The Huse Memorial Park Commission has the fundamental responsibility for the Huse Memorial Park Cemetery within the Town of Fayetteville. The Commission shall oversee, with the approval of Council, the Huse Memorial Park Cemetery and its grounds. There shall be five members of the Commission who shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council.
