The Planning Commission was formed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8A Article 2 of the WV Code, as amended. The Commission shall consist of seven members and shall act pursuant to and in accordance with the provision of Chapter 8A Article 2 of the WV Code. All boards and commissions are limited to two consecutive terms.
